Guest Pass Information
Guest Pass Procedure
When a resident is expecting an unaccompianed guest (resident will not be with them at the clubhouse) they are asked to fill out the downloadable form below and return to Erica Jaze at: Erica.Jaze@ourbellatrae.net or 407-396-9820. After the form is filled out and returned guest passes will be issued. The guests themselves must pick up the ID cards when they arrive at BellaTrae and present a photo ID everytime they use the clubhouse.
