 Waste Removal Rules:

Attention:
Large waste (i.e. furniture, appliances etc) may not be put into the community refuse dumpster. Residents who need assistance are responsible for those items and must contact an independent waste removal service.   Suggestions of such companies are: 1-800-Junk-USA or 1-800-Got-Junk.

Residents are to use their immediate community refuse dumpster located with in their individual section of the community.   Please be kind to your neighbors and make sure your trash is properly put in the waste bin. 

Dog waste:  BellaTrae has Dog Waste stations throughout the community for your convenience.  Please use them to clean up after your dogs.
